Summer Academy Mount Holyoke (SAMH) is a summer academic program for girls from across the country and around the world. Located on the campus of Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, Massachusetts, this two-week program offers girls in grades 7–11 an opportunity to immerse themselves in a subject they love. Classes include creative arts, veterinary science, fashion design, forensic science, documentary filmmaking, equestrian studies, and leadership and service.

Students choose one subject to focus on during their two-week stay. Classes, taught by talented and experienced faculty, are hands-on, interactive, and project-based. Class sizes are small, ensuring that each student receives plenty of individualized attention.

During the day, students spend morning and afternoon sessions in classes and going on field trips. In the late afternoons and evenings, they build friendships through shared experiences—exploring Mount Holyoke’s beautiful campus, using the recreational facilities, and attending seminars and movies. At the end of each day, there’s plenty of time to relax and socialize.
